Sherri Sutton is the Chief Unlearning Officer for Positive Impact Force. In this position, she is responsible for creating programs and the right force of consultants to create triple bottom line cultures for our clients. Sherri is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), certified in AI for Business through Champlain College, has her certificate in expressive arts from the Expressive Arts Florida Institute, a certificate from Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Training (AIFT), and is certified in True Colors, DiSC, Leading Change, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Crucial Conversations, Instructional Design, ASTD ROI Measurement, Master Trainer with Langevin, and was a Certified Educator in Pinellas County, Florida. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the International True Colors Association (ITCA), Conscious Capitalism Florida, Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of Social Enterprise Alliance (SEA).



Mike’s journey into Servant Leadership began over 25 years ago when he started, grew and led a large law firm. His journey has followed the words of Picasso, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” Mike learned to achieve organizational and personal success by leveraging and aligning strengths in such a manner to render weaknesses inconsequential. Mike’s passion is to inspire others to find their gifts and give them away.

After leaving the practice of law, Mike embarked on helping individuals and organizations create a higher purpose for themselves, and empower them to achieve the results to realize these visions. Mike earned the “Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change” from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2016. Appreciative Inquiry is a dynamic whole system change process focusing on what is already working as a foundation to generate a positive future vision for the individual or organization. The process generates the passion and energy needed to accomplish the extraordinary results.

Mike has a special affection for Non-Profits and served on several Boards including serving as Chair at the Florida Aquarium for 3 years from 2010 to 2012 and as Chair of the Coral Restoration Foundation for 4 years from 2013 to 2016. Mike’s latest project is “I am For Tampa”. I Am For Tampa is a project to collect 1000 positive stories about what people are most proud of about the accomplishments in the Tampa community along with their hopes, aspirations and vision for its’ future. #iamfortampa



Adam has become a conscious capital advocate in his role as COO for a company of a pioneering social entrepreneur. In the wake of the recent US financial crisis, he has encountered many individuals who still carry the burden of debt and financial management. Combining his experience in accounting and business, Adam developed a mission to coach individuals to financial freedom
