Mike’s journey into Servant Leadership began over 25 years ago when he started, grew and led a large law firm. His journey has followed the words of Picasso, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” Mike learned to achieve organizational and personal success by leveraging and aligning strengths in such a manner to render weaknesses inconsequential. Mike’s passion is to inspire others to find their gifts and give them away.

After leaving the practice of law, Mike embarked on helping individuals and organizations create a higher purpose for themselves, and empower them to achieve the results to realize these visions. Mike earned the “Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change” from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2016.
